I was born in Poland and, after going through different professional and life paths, I arrived in Barcelona in 2009. I have lived here ever since.
I am an actress, performer and theatre creator and recently, I also made my debut as a director.
In my artistic career I had the opportunity to work in different languages and countries such as Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Italy and obviously, Spain.
As an actress until 2023 I worked with the Teatro Cantabile 2 in Denmark, and in the meantime, I premiered a play at Sala Versus Glories directed by Pepa Fluvia and worked with the Fierascena company in Italy.
Since 2016 I have created several theatrical and performative productions, both under my name and for other theatre companies ("Torbellino Mudo directed by Maria Stoyanova, "Give me a reason" directed by Nullo Faccini, "Shower for one", "Childfood" and "Poems" for Teatro Cantabile 2, "Sensa Fine" directed by Elisa Menon, among others).
In 2022 I co-created the Pawlikowska-Saghatelyan theatre company. Our first play “IR” won several artistic residencies and the first prize at the Stripart Festival. We are currently in the production phase of our second show “Techno”.
In 2024 I co-directed a theatrical and performance piece “(H)ovo. Retabalo of the woman without eggs” by Ángeles Gordillo.
On the other hand, an important part of my own artistic research has to do with participatory art and theatre and immersive encounters with the spectator. Within this framework, I created several performances and artistic projects.
I studied drama at the Eólia Centro Superior de Arte Dramático and graduated from the Nancy Tuñon and Jordi Olivier School of Actors. I completed my studies in film acting at Estudi Karloff, Frank Stein Studios and with José Perez Ocaña. I also have a degree in Theatre, Literature and Philology from the University of Wroclaw in Poland.
For years I have been broadening my education and understanding of the acting art by delving into different methods of working with body and voice that come from Jerzy Grotowski. On several occasions I studied at the Grotowski Institute in Poland with Teatro Zar, Ditte Berkley, Jorge Parente and Matej Matejka and in Barcelona with Pere Sais.
I also completed a number of workshops and laboratories on theatre creation and professional retraining. For the past year I have been studying movement at Bamboo Body Barcelona and in the lineage of Ido Portal.
I combine my artistic life with teaching at the L'Artèria collective and the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies in Barcelona and Madrid, sharing my experience in applied theatre in different social, educational and clinical fields.
